Skopje, 27 September 2022 (MIA) – The Government reviewed Tuesday the report provided by the Ministry of Information Society and Administration, on the start of drafting the new National Plan for Quality Management in the Public Sector in North Macedonia 2023-2025. The new National Plan has the aim of improving the services offered by Government institutions through the creation of an efficient, modern and transparent civil service that will ensure a high quality of work. Such initiatives and modern practices in the application of international quality standards in management are expected to be integrated in all Government policies in the future, and to become imperative in all public institutions, the Government said in a press release. It adds that the Ministry of Information Society and Administration began drafting the new National Plan for Quality Management in the Public Sector with the support of the Regional Quality Management Centre of the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA). ad/ik/
