Skopje, 6 October 2022 (MIA) – The Government decided Thursday to freeze the trade margins for dairy products – cow cheese, sour milk, sour cream and yoghurt – to ten percent in wholesale and retail. The Ministry of Economy has reported that regular controls by the State Market Inspectorate showed a rise of the products’ prices, requiring an intervention in the margins, the Government said in a press release. Back in June, the Government froze the margins of basic food products – bread, sugar, sunflower cooking oil, wheat flour, pasta, rice and milk – up to 31 December 2022.
