Government decides on deploying 31 Army members to KFOR mission
Skopje, 21 June 2022 (MIA) – The Government decided Tuesday to deploy 31 Army members to the NATO-led mission KFOR in the Republic of Kosovo for a period of six months, starting in August. Two Army members are also to take part in military exercise “Anatolian Eagle 22” in the Republic of Turkey, the Government said in a press release. In addition, the Government decided to approve the entry and stay of 33 members of the South East Europe Brigade (SEEBRIG) from Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania and Turkey, including material-technical means, military vehicles and equipment at the territory of North Macedonia, who alongside nine members of the military and civilian personnel of the Army of North Macedonia, will perform their tasks at the SEEBRIG Command.
