Skopje, 17 September 2024 (MIA) - The Government has appointed Minister of European Affairs Orhan Murtezani as Chief Negotiator with the European Union over the membership of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Deputy Minister of European Affairs Viktorija Trajkov has been appointed Deputy Chief Negotiator, the Ministry of European Affairs said in a press release.

The Ministry of European Affairs has been tasked with drafting a new decision on setting up a negotiating structure over North Macedonia's EU accession.
