Berlin, 22 March 2023 (MIA) – The German Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs, Annalena Baerbock, will visit North Macedonia on Thursday. As part of her visit she will hold meetings with President Stevo Pendarovski, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bujar Osmani, and other representatives from the government, opposition and Parliament.

The German Federal Foreign Office said the meetings would focus on North Macedonia’s EU accession, especially the need for constitutional amendments as a necessary step towards the EU.

After her visit to Skopje, Minister Baerbock will pay a visit to Georgia on Friday. ad/nn/
