“Fourth of July marks the birth of your nation and the permanent values of freedom, democracy and independence. These principles were a beacon of hope and inspiration for people all over the world, including here in North Macedonia. The permanent and lasting partnership between our two countries is built on these shared values and mutual respect. The United States is a constant friend and ally of North Macedonia, supporting our aspirations for democracy, prosperity and integrity in the Euro-Atlantic community. While we celebrate this significant day, we expect an additional strengthening of the ties between our two countries, and we are convinced that our cooperation will continue to develop in the years to come,” Gashi said in his message to Speaker Johnson.
