Four judges to retire, decides Judicial Council

Skopje, 22 May 2023 (MIA) – At a session Monday, the Judicial Council of the Republic of North Macedonia concluded the termination of judicial office of four judges who met the age conditions for retirement.

 

The judges in question are Ace Bakievski from the Appellate Court Bitola, Elezi Ismail from the Basic Court Kichevo, Zoran Stevanovski from the Basic Court Prilep and Aleksandra Zafirovska from Basic Court Tetovo.

 

At the session, the Council also decided to appoint judge Jasmina Shishkovska Stojkovikj as acting President of Basic Court Prilep.

 

The Judicial Council also dismissed judge jurors Tome Zashev from Basic Court Kochani and Kristina Petrusheva from Basic Court Kratovo, due to the fact they reached 60 years. Additionally, the Council appointed new judge jurors at the Kochani-based Basic Court.
