Skopje, 11 November 2022 (MIA) – Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani is resuming Friday his Baltic tour with a visit to Latvia.
In Riga, FM Osmani is set to meet with counterpart Edgars Rinkēvičs and Saeima Foreign Affairs Committee chairman Rihards Kols. In addition, Osmani will meet with Macedonian troops who are part of the Slovenian contingent of the NATO enhanced Forward Presence in Latvia.
Latvia is the last stop on Osmani’s Baltic tour, which also included Lithuania and Estonia. Discussions have focused on the developments in the Western Balkans, North Macedonia’s Euro-integration process, challenges arising from the war in Ukraine and the countries’ roles as NATO members.
