Kochani, 5 July 2025 (MIA) - The first group of 45 people injured in the fire at the “Pulse” nightclub in Kochani have concluded their rehabilitation at the Ponikva resort.

At the beginning of next week, a new group of those injured in the fire is set to arrive at the resort for two weeks of medical care and physiotherapy.

“The stay in the mountains benefits the injured young people and has a positive impact on their rehabilitation – both physically and mentally. Some of them are continuing preparations for their university exams, while those who were previously employed now feel ready to return to their workplaces. One young man who was injured in the ‘Pulse’ fire has applied to a call to become a volunteer in the voluntary firefighting association in Kochani,” said the head of the General Hospital in Kochani, Katerina Mirchoska. 

Specialist doctors from the Clinic of Plastic Surgery in Skopje, as well as physiotherapists from Kochani and Shtip have been engaged in delivering the necessary medical care and exercises to the injured.
