European Front: Citizens decide for themselves how to exercise right to vote in presidential elections

Skopje, 2 May 2024 (MIA) - At a meeting in Struga on Thursday, the leaders of the parties that are part of the European Front concluded that the first round of the presidential elections on April 24 was held in a peaceful, fair and democratic atmosphere, the European Front said in a press release.

Bujar Osmani's victory by 40,000 votes over Arben Taravari - candidate of the opposition, the press release adds, is a victory that will further deepen on May 8, in the parliamentary elections when the European Front will celebrate its historic victory.

"In this case, since the European Front is no longer part of the presidential race in the second round of the presidential elections and since the votes of the citizens are sacred for us and are their right, the European Front states that it is the exclusive will of the citizens how they want to exercise this right," reads the press release.
