Education Minister Carovska won’t be part of new gov’t
Skopje, 20 December 2021 (MIA) – I decided not to join the new government formed by the new prime minister, Education Minister Mila Carovska told reporters Monday. “In the past five years my team and I have implemented policies in the interest of the citizens. I’ll keep on fighting and advocating the same values as before and I really believe in the capacity and the strength of the country as well as the strength of women and young people,” said Carovska. Last week, Defence Minister Radmila Shekerinska announced she will no longer be a minister in the new government. After Arafat Shabani of the Besa party resigned, a new deputy education minister should be appointed. Alternativa, the new junior government coalition partner from the Albanian bloc, has nominated Lul;zim Aliu to be the new deputy education minister.
