Skopje, 24 September 2024 (MIA) – Minister of Economy and Labor Besar Durmishi will take part Tuesday in a conference of economy ministers within the Berlin Process, held in Berlin, Germany.

Durmishi and his Western Balkan counterparts at a business forum will discuss the topic “10 Years Berlin Process – The Western Balkans as an Economic Area on the Way to the EU”, said the Ministry of Economy and Labor.

The event brings together the economy ministers of Albania, Serbia, Kosovo, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Established in 2014, the Berlin Process serves as a platform for high-level cooperation between top officials of the six Western Balkan countries and their counterparts in the countries hosting the Berlin Process. 

The process also includes the EU institutions, international financial institutions and the civil society in the region, the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) and businesses.
