Earthquake felt in Skopje

Skopje, 28 May 2024 (MIA) - An earthquake measuring 2.5 on the Richter scale and III degrees according to the European Macroseismic Scale was felt at 10:48 am on Tuesday in Skopje and the surrounding region.

According to the Seismological Observatory at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics in Skopje, the epicenter of the earthquake is located 21 kilometers northwest from Skopje.

The Observatory said the earthquake was felt by the population in Skopje and the surrounding area.
