Dubrovnik Forum 2025: Mucunski attends working dinner dedicated to Ukraine

Skopje, 13 July 2025 (MIA) - North Macedonia's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Timcho Mucunski, took part in a high-level working dinner dedicated to Ukraine - an important political format reaffirming, as a region, the strong and unwavering support for preserving the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine, in accordance with the principles of international law, the Ministry said in a press release. 

In his address, Minister Mucunski stressed the ongoing support and solidarity that the Republic of North Macedonia provides for Ukraine, as well as the readiness to continue the support, alongside allies.

He welcomed the Joint Declaration calling for an immediate ceasefire and diplomatic resolution. 

Minister Mucunski pointed out that North Macedonia remains firmly committed to supporting Ukraine and its efforts to preserve freedom, democracy and European values. He expressed confidence that meetings in such a regional format can be of great benefit to Ukraine, especially in the context of determining the next steps that would lead to achieving a just and lasting peace agreement and putting an end to Russian aggression.

The Dubrovnik Forum has evolved into a vital platform for international dialogue, providing space for reflection and debate on major geopolitical shifts and systemic challenges shaping our world. Each annual theme has responded to the urgency of its time, building a cumulative conversation toward a more stable, just, and cooperative international order.

On the sidelines of the forum, Minister Mucunski held separate bilateral meetings with Bosnia and Herzegovina Foreign Minister, Elmedin Konaković, Kosovo Foreign Minister, Donika Gërvalla-Schwarz, Georgia Foreign Minister, Maka Botchorishvili, and Moldova Foreign Minister, Mihai Popșoi.
