Skopje, 26 November 2025 (MIA) - Under the new methodology for registering capital investments, they have recorded a 47.4 percent increase as of November 13, Minister of Finance Gordana Dimitrieska-Kochoska stated.
Speaking on TV Sitel, she said that for 2025 there is a high amount of projected capital expenditures, but at the same time there is also substantial implementation.
“But what we must always do is compare with previous years. You know we changed the methodology for recording capital expenditures. Even with the change, this year, as of 13 November, we have execution of Mden 22.151 billion (around €360 million), compared to Mden 19 billion (about €309 million) last year. However, if we add or adjust the methodology so it is the same for both years, then this year we have execution of Mden 28 billion (roughly €455 million), or 47.4% more,” Dimitrieska-Kochoska said.
