Skopje, 29 September 2021 (MIA) – Deputy PM for Economic Affairs Fatmir Bytyqi met Wednesday with Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Philippe Donckel, discussing bilateral political and economic cooperation and North Macedonia’s investment opportunities. Ambassador Donckel reaffirmed Luxembourg’s support to the prospects of European integration of all Western Balkans countries, including North Macedonia, highlighting his commitment to the strengthening of bilateral relations, the Deputy PM’s Office said in a press release. Bytyqi said the Government has continually worked on enhancement of the country’s business environment through a number of measures to stimulate new domestic and foreign investments, especially in the value-added production, as well as the excellent opportunities for investments in the energy sector. Bytyqi and Donckel agreed they would continue to foster and promote bilateral cooperation and commit to the realization of potentials for economic cooperation, reads the press release.
