Brussels, 4 June 2025 (MIA) - Defense Minister Vlado Misajlovski is taking part Wednesday at the meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group, chaired by UK Defense Secretary John Healey and German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius.

The Ukraine Defense Contact Group, also known as the Ramstein group, is an alliance of 57 countries - all 32 member states of NATO and 25 other countries - and the European Union, supporting the defence of Ukraine by sending military equipment.

Ukraine Defense Minister Rustem Umerov is also attending the Brussels meeting.

The Contact Group is taking place ahead of Thursday's meeting of NATO defense ministers, who are set to discuss the Alliance's strengthening of its deterrence and defense capabilities, more investments in the defense sector, support for Ukraine and nuclear deterrence.
