Criminal Court orders a 30-day house arrest for another suspect involved in M-NAV case
- Skopje Criminal Court has ordered a 30-day house arrest for the person suspected of the criminal offense - threatening air traffic security that has been unavailable to law enforcement authorities for several days and was apprehended at the border crossing yesterday. The Court also noted that this individual's travel document will be seized.
Skopje, 13 January 2024 (MIA) – Skopje Criminal Court has ordered a 30-day house arrest for the person suspected of the criminal offense - threatening air traffic security that has been unavailable to law enforcement authorities for several days and was apprehended at the border crossing yesterday. The Court also noted that this individual's travel document will be seized.
The Basic Prosecutor's Office in Skopje announced to file an appeal against such a decision.
Interior Ministry informed the responsible public prosecutor on Friday that one more person, targeted in the investigation into the events at M-NAV, has been located and detained.
Skopje Criminal Court Skopje has imposed Thursday afternoon a 30-day house arrest on four individuals linked to the events at M-NAV along with additional precautionary measures, including the temporary seizure of travel documents, a prohibition on their issuance, and a restraining order preventing approach or establishment of contacts or relationships between the suspects and the injured party. Among the four individuals is Bekir Neziri, an advisor at M-NAV and a member of DUI.
