COVID-19: 55 new cases, 55 recoveries, no deaths
Skopje, 6 October 2022 (MIA) – North Macedonia on Thursday reported 55 new COVID-19 infections, including 15 reinfections, after 644 tests were conducted in the past 24 hours, said the Health Ministry, adding that no deaths were reported in the same period.
According to Public Health Institute data, 55 recoveries were also recorded.
Of the new cases, Skopje registered 38, where the number of active cases is 312. There are 447 active cases recorded nationwide.
Since the onset of the epidemic, North Macedonia has performed a total of 2,166,201 tests, recording 343,263 COVID-19 cases and 333,274 recoveries. The death toll stands at 9,542.
