CMC: Four active wildfires, two under control
Skopje, 4 August 2025 (MIA) - The Crisis Management Center (CMC) said early Monday that there are four active wildfires in the country, located in the municipalities of Chashka, Lipkovo, Studenichani, and Makedonski Brod.
The wildfires in the municipalities of Dolneni and Zhelino have been put under control, CMC said.
According to the Crisis Management Center, a total of 23 fires were recorded in the past 24 hours, of which 17 have been extinguished.
