Skopje, 15 August 2024 (MIA) – A total of 49 wildfires were reported yesterday, including 12 that are still burning, seven that have been contained and 30 fires that were put out, said the Crisis Management Center (CMC) on Thursday. 

Fires, including wildfires and bushfires, are burning in the municipalities of Makedonski Brod, Kochani and Makedonska Kamenica, Resen on Galichica mountain, Dolneni, Kichevio, Mavrovo-Rostushe, Novaci, Bitola, and Probishtip.
