Clinic for Children’s Diseases to receive new portable X-ray machine as support from Japanese Embassy
- As part of the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGP) from the Embassy of Japan in the country, which focuses on small grants for basic human needs and human security, the University Clinic for Children’s Diseases in Skopje will receive a new portable X-ray machine.
Skopje, 20 September 2024 (MIA) - As part of the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGP) from the Embassy of Japan in the country, which focuses on small grants for basic human needs and human security, the University Clinic for Children’s Diseases in Skopje will receive a new portable X-ray machine.
The grant agreement was signed Friday by the Health Minister Arben Taravari, the Ambassador of Japan to the country, Otsuka Kazuya, and the Director of the University Clinic for Children’s Diseases, Rexhep Memedi.
In his address prior to signing the agreement, Taravari noted that the new portable X-ray machine will facilitate access to necessary diagnostic procedures for the youngest patients.
He expressed gratitude to the Embassy of Japan in our country for the cooperation and ongoing support aimed at strengthening the capacities of our healthcare system.
