Skopje, 15 November 2023 (MIA) - Excellent political relations between the United Kingdom and North Macedonia are a solid basis to further deepen economic cooperation, and build new business relations between the business communities in the two countries, agreed Deputy PM for Economic Affairs Fatmir Bytyqi and British Trade Commissioner Chris Burton at a meeting on Wednesday.  

Deputy PM Bytyqi briefed Commissioner Burton on the Government's economic priorities, noting that they can be used to create new opportunities in further promoting and developing the traditionally good economic cooperation between the two countries, the Government said in a press release.

Representatives of the British Embassy also attended the meeting.
