Bulgarian Film Week kicks off in Cinematheque
Skopje, 21 June 2023 (MIA) - Bulgarian Film Week begins in the Cinematheque on Wednesday to last through June 27.
In the seven evenings dedicated to directors from the new documentary wave in the Bulgarian cinematography, as well as classical directors, visitors will have the chance to watch 10 short and feature films.
The films shown are from directors Stanislav Donchev, Jordan Todorov, Borislav Kolev, Andrej Paunov, Svetoslav Stojanov, Kosta Bikov, Tonislav Hristov, Eldora Trajkova, Pancho Cankov and Andri Kulev.
"Film producer Martichka Bozhilova, screenwriter Petia Aleksandrova, film critic and historian Rosen Spasov will be guests within the program and the public will get the opportunity to speak to them after the screenings," the Cinematheque said. ssh/nn/
