Sofia, 7 June 2022 (MIA) – Bulgaria will do nothing under pressure regarding North Macedonia, said Prime Minister Kiril Petkov on Tuesday. “We’ll do nothing under pressure,” PM Petkov told reporters, BGNES reports. Petkov said Bulgaria is trying to see if its demands and need for support to Bulgarians in North Macedonia could be guaranteed through the European process. “I leave this to the ministry of foreign affairs because they are negotiating as we speak. The question is whether the Bulgarian position can be guaranteed by the European process and not us being pressured,” said Petkov.
