Skopje, 25 July 2024 (MIA) - EU integration, alignment of national legislation with EU Acquis, decarbonization and green transition were in the focus of Thursday's meeting of Minister of Energy, Mining and Minerals Sanja Bozhinovska and EU Ambassador David Geer.

The EU Delegation's support to the Ministry of Energy, Mining and Minerals is of exceptional importance, especially in the part of strategic use of EU funds. Building new and modernizing existing energy capacities are our common goals in meeting EU requirements on sustainable development, increased energy efficiency, enhancing the capacity of renewable energy sources and environment protection, said the ministry.
