Besa declares victory in Tetovo, Kasami new mayor
Tetovo, 31 October 2021 (MIA) – Besa secretary general Arjanit Hoxha said late Sunday party leader Bilal Kasami has won the mayoral seat in Tetovo.
“Out of 80 percent of counted votes, Besa has 5,500 more votes. The difference is big, the victory is close. There are several polling stations left, where we are also in the lead. Let me thank all those who supported us,” said Hoxha.
