Skopje, 1 December 2023 (MIA) - Minister of Economy Kreshnik Bekteshi will attend Saturday through Monday the 28th session of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). 

Bekteshi will present North Macedonia's in-country platform to accelerate just energy transition, and address a pandel discussion on advancing coal transition organized by the Climate Investment Funds (CIF). The Economy Minister will also attend a meeting of the Energy Community, the Ministry of Economy said in a press release.  

In addition, Bekteshi will hold several bilateral meetings as part of the visit.
