Pehchevo, 10 August 2021 (MIA) – A firefighter dispatched from Austria to help battle blazes in the Berovo region has been taken to a hospital in Skopje where he is being treated for his injuries. “Our colleague from Austria injured himself at the camp located in Pehchevo. He sustained back injury,” said the Berovo firefighting brigade. Austrian firemen on Tuesday are putting out sweeping blazes in a village in the Berovo region alongside with firemen from Slovenia and Bulgaria.
