Skopje, 28 June 2024 (MIA) - Army Chief of Staff, Lieutenant-General Vasko Gjurchinovski, is set to visit the Thessaloniki-based NATO Rapid Deployable Corps on Friday.

During the visit, General Gjurchinovski will meet with Corps Commander, Lieutenant-General Athanasios Garinis, followed by a meeting with the Corps staff, the Army General Staff said in a press release.

The meeting will focus on military cooperation and the forms of future joint activities with the NATO corps.

The Army joined the NATO Rapid Deployable Corps in 2023 through the deployment of one staff officer.
