Struga, 3 March 2023 (MIA) - United States Ambassador Angela Aggeler and Struga Mayor Ramiz Merko officially opened the new premises of the American Corner on Friday, located in the new municipal building.

The establishment of the American Corner in Struga and the tireless work invested throughout the years has a positive effect on the city's youth.

The American Corner in Struga was established in 2010, with the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation with the U.S. Embassy.

"They have had the opportunity to gain experience and informal education, not only to learn English but also to interact with each other, share various ideas, hold dialogue and democratic discussions, said the Municipality of Struga in a press release.
