38 patients treated at Shtip hospital, all stable with second-degree burns

Shtip, 16 MMarch 2025 (MIA) - Thirty-eight patients are currently hospitalized at the Shtip hospital, and all are hemodynamically stable with second-degree burns on their faces and hands, said head of the hospital Vlatko Zahariev.
According to Zahariev, patients with third-degree burns from the fire that broke out overnight in a nightclub in Kochani, have been transferred to the Skopje clinics for further treatment.
"An initial assessment from 3:00 am to 5:00 am this morning at the Clinical Hospital in Shtip was carried out on over 80 patients. All were treated with an intravenous line and therapy and were then referred to specialized healthcare," Zahariev added.
