Mickoski to attend launch of Kichevo-Ohrid highway section
Skopje, 13 July 2025 (MIA) - Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski will attend on Sunday the opening of the first 40 kilometres of the Kichevo-Ohrid highway, section Vrbjani-Ohrid, with a stop at Botun.
According to official information, the remaining section of the highway is to be completed by the end of 2026.
The total length of the highway is 57 kilometres.
The estimated value of the Kichevo-Ohrid highway, which has been under construction for 10 years, is EUR 589 million according to Annex No. 3 of the Agreement.
