Skopje, 14 November 2025 (MIA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski held a phone call Friday with the Deputy Secretary of State of the United States, Christopher Landau, which reaffirmed the constructive and close cooperation with the U.S., as well as the joint commitment to promoting regional stability, economic cooperation, and partnership within NATO.

“Today, I held a phone call with the U.S. Deputy Secretary of State, Christopher Landau. In the call, we reaffirmed the constructive and close cooperation with the U.S., as well as the joint commitment to promoting regional stability, economic cooperation, and partnership within NATO,” Mucunski wrote in a post on his official Facebook page. 

Mucunski said during the phone call, they also exchanged views about the potential and readiness to further enhance economic ties, including by boosting trade and attracting new investments.

“We reaffirmed our strong commitment to promoting our bilateral relations with the U.S., as well as strengthening our joint efforts for security, stability, and prosperity in the region,” Mucunski stressed.
