Vucic: Serbia needs to diversify energy supply sources with North Macedonia and Bulgaria
Belgrade, 21 September 2022 (MIA) – In an interview with U.S. TV network Newsmax, President Aleksandar Vucic says Serbia must look to diversify its energy supply sources, MIA reports from Belgrade. “We'll have to see all the opportunities on how to improve our energy sector, how to diversify our energy supply sources commitment. We are building interconnectors at the borders with Bulgaria and North Macedonia,” says President Vucic. He hopes peace will prevail in the world, including a compromising solution between Russia and Ukraine, while adding that Russian President Vladimir Putin is not bluffing when talking about his future moves. “I met President Putin many times, and I don't believe that he's bluffing, as he said," adds Vucic.
