Kiev, 10 June 2023 (dpa/MIA) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirms that his country's fighters have started counterattacks along the front.

Counterattacks were under way in Ukraine as part of the defence, he said at a press conference in Kiev. "At what stage they are, I will not say in detail," he said.

His comments left open whether this was the start of the long-awaited Ukrainian counteroffensive to win back land seized by Russia.
