Kumanovo, 3 August 2021 (MIA) – Fire fighters in Staro Nagorichane municipality, supported by members of the Army, police and the local forest enterprise are currently extinguishing two wildfires in area Kokinski Dol, said the Kumanovo fire-fighting unit and the regional crisis management center on Tuesday. The wildfires are still active due to the inaccessible terrain. Late on Monday, firefighters, soldiers, police, forest enterprise, Protection and Rescue Directorate and locals extinguished the wildfire near the Kokino observatory that affected a large area of pine and oak forest. In Kumanovo municipality, the local firefighters are extinguishing a wildfire in the area of village Beljakovce.
