Transport Minister Nikoloski meets Hungarian Ambassador Klein

Skopje, 3 July 2024 (MIA) - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport and Communications Aleksandar Nikoloski met Wednesday with Hungarian Ambassador András Klein.
According to the Ministry of Transport’s press release, during the meeting, Nikoloski extended congratulations to Hungary on assuming the EU Council Presidency, emphasizing that the government remains strongly focused on the European agenda.
Minister Nikoloski also underscored the reform processes, emphasizing the government’s plans for regional integration and enhancing relations with Western Balkan countries, reads the press release.
At the meeting, experiences related to the modernization of regional infrastructure were shared, with a special emphasis on road and rail infrastructure.
During the meeting, Minister Nikoloski highlighted that Hungary is seen as a long-term partner and friend, and he stressed the significant support Hungary provides for the European integration process as a major priority.
They agreed on the need to further strengthen bilateral relations and to intensify cooperation in areas of common interest for both countries.
