To help save dying trades, organic producers to collaborate with craftspeople on traditional products
Skopje, 7 July 2021 (MIA) — North Macedonia’s Chamber of Trades and Crafts president Agron Fazliji and Chamber of Organic Producers president Dragan Cvetkovikj signed a memorandum of cooperation Wednesday to promote crafts and organic products and advocate for their mutual interests before relevant institutions, MIA’s Kumanovo correspondent reports.
According to Fazliji, cooperation between the two chambers will especially help trades that are dying out, such as pottery.
Cvetkovikj said organic producers will collaborate with craftspeople in creating traditional products.
He also expressed hope that the members of the two chambers will support each other and promote each other’s products “not only nationally but also internationally, beginning with the upcoming fair of organic producers,” he said. mr/
