Southern Turkey hit by another earthquake measuring 6.4
- An earthquake of a magnitude of 6.4 has shaken the south-eastern Turkish province of Hatay, the Kandilli earthquake monitoring centre says.
Istanbul, 20 February 2023 (dpa/MIA) - An earthquake of a magnitude of 6.4 has shaken the south-eastern Turkish province of Hatay, the Kandilli earthquake monitoring centre says.
The quake's epicentre was located in the district of Samandag.
The latest quake comes two weeks after a devastating earthquake in the region, killing more than 47,000 people.
