Belgrade, 1 April 2025 (MIA) - NATO Deputy Secretary General Radmila Shekerinska met late Monday with the EU Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue, Peter Sørensen, emphasizing that continued cooperation between NATO and the EU is key to safeguarding stability in the Western Balkans region.
“Great to meet with Peter Sørensen, EU Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue. Continued NATO-EU cooperation is key to safeguarding stability in the Western Balkans region,” Shekerinska posted on the social media platform X.
Sørensen shared Shekerinska’s post, thanking her for the discussion. “I look forward to closely working together,” Sørensen posted.
Last week, Sørensen visited Belgrade for the first time since taking office, following a three-day visit to Kosovo.
