Several buildings in Skopje evacuated
Skopje, 30 November 2021 (MIA) – Several buildings in Skopje, including the one housing the offices of the Media Information Agency, the Secretariat for European Affairs, the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption, the Finance Police and the Environment Inspectorate, were evacuated on Tuesday evening. Employees were told to exit the offices immediately.
The buildings housing A1 and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have also been evacuated. Police officers are not allowing people and vehicles near Mavrovka shopping center, the Macedonian National Theater and the Macedonian Radio Television and have also blocked surrounding streets. There’s increased police presence in the area.
According to unofficial information, the buildings were evacuated following a bomb threat.
