Skopje, 20 November 2023 (MIA) — Seven judges took their oaths of office as chief justices of several primary courts nationwide before the Judicial Council on Monday.

The elected chief justices are Besnik Avdija to lead the Skopje Civil Court; Tatjana Petrovska to lead the Bitola Primary Court; Biljana Tolova to lead the Negotino Primary Court; Fluturije Dervishi to lead the Kichevo Primary Court; Orce Jankovski to lead the Kriva Palanka Primary Court; Jasmina Shishkovska Stojkovikj to lead the Prilep Primary Court; and Aco Tasev to lead the Shtip Primary Court.

Justices Shishkovska Stojkovikj, Dervishi, and Avdija previously served as acting chief justices of the Prilep Primary Court, the Kichevo Primary Court, and Skopje Civil Court respectively. mr/
