Skopje, 19 October 2025 (MIA) - The State Election Commission (SEC) has processed 43.32 percent of the votes, providing data from 1,713 out of 3,474 polling stations in the first round of Sunday's local elections.

The VMRO-DPMNE mayor candidates are currently leading in 55 municipalities, SDSM, Vlen and the National Alliance for Integration (NAI) in 7 each, and the Democratic Party of Turks (DPT) in 1.

Independent mayor candidates are leading in Struga and Studenichani.
