Skopje, 26 June 2024 (MIA) - The Interior Ministry filed criminal charges against Samka Ibraimovski accusing him of endangering safety after posting threats and calls for violence against a Constitutional Court judge on his Facebook page.
The Ministry said Wednesday it has closed the case reported to the cybercrime sector on June 24 by the Constitutional Court President Darko Kostadinovski, who reported death threats against a Constitutional Court judge by the Party for Full Emancipation of Roma (PCER) leader Ibraimovski via social networks.
"After receiving the report, the Interior Ministry took measures and interviewed S.I.. On June 26, the cybercrime sector to the Public Prosecutor's Office filed charges against the 69-year-old man for 'endangering safety' according to the Criminal Code," said the Ministry.
