President Siljanovska Davkova meets Latvian counterpart Rinkēvičs in The Hague

Skopje, 25 June 2025 (MIA) - President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova met Wednesday with Latvian counterpart Edgars Rinkēvičs on the sidelines of the NATO Summit in The Hague, expressing satisfaction from the development of bilateral relations.
Siljanovska Davkova and Rinkēvičs ageed that the 30-year long diplomatic ties are characterized by open and intensive political dialogue, the President's Office said in a press release.
Rinkēvičs extended an invitation to Siljanovska Davkova to pay an official visit to Latvia.

President Siljanovska Davkova said Latvia is an important partner in NATO and the UN, adding she valued the principled and consistent support during the Alliance accession process and on the path to full-fledged EU membership.
President Rinkēvičs saluted the country's EU-reated reforms and reaffirmed the support to its Euro-integration, noting that Latvia is a proponent of the Union enlargement, reads the press release.
