President Pendarovski meets with four newly appointed economic advisers abroad
Skopje, 27 July 2021 (MIA) — President Stevo Pendarovski met Tuesday with Ilija Psaltirov, Suzana Tuneva, Bekri Ajdini, and Abdilxhemil Saiti, economic advisers at North Macedonia’s embassies to Warsaw, Ankara, and Abu Dhabi and to the Consulate in Munich. The newly appointed economic advisers shared their plans to present the Republic of North Macedonia’s export opportunities and potentials for foreign investors, and to promote the country as a tourist destination. Pendarovski, according to the official press release, expressed confidence that the four economic advisers will contribute to strengthening economic diplomacy and help attract foreign direct investments, which would provide new jobs and economic growth. The President wished the four economic advisers success at their new posts and said he was looking forward to seeing concrete results in the economic ties between North Macedonia and the countries the economic advisors are being sent to. mr/
