Skopje, 12 April 2022 (MIA) – President Stevo Pendarovski, who is paying a two-day official visit to Montenegro, met Tuesday with Montenegrin Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić to share views about bilateral relation between North Macedonia and Montenegro. “It was confirmed that Skopje and Podgorica share traditionally friendly relations and partnership without open issues,” Pendarovski’s office said. The two NATO allies, it was noted, share the same values all the while contributing to regional cooperation. “At the same time, the two countries share an identical foreign policy goal – membership into the European Union,” said the press release. President Pendarovski and PM Krivokapić also shared views about recent developments in the wider region in view of the Russian aggression against Ukraine.
