Skopje, 24 April 2025 (MIA) - The Public Prosecutor's Office (PPO) has filed a motion for precautionary measures against State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) president Tatjana Dimitrovska regarding the case dubbed "Additive".
The Skopje-based Criminal Court said Thursday that Dimitrovska is set to face a pre-trial judge.
The "Additive" case relates to the abuse of procedures and money laundering in the procurement of coal additives for Power Plants of North Macedonia (ESM), with 31 individuals and five legal entities indicted.
