Skopje, 19 January 2025 (MIA) - Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski, on behalf of the Government and on his personal behalf, has sent an Epiphany greeting to the Orthodox faithful.
"Just as the heavens opened over the Jordan, revealing the sanctity of this act, so may the path to peace, understanding and blessing be opened for us today. This holy day reminds us of the value of faith, spiritual unity and love for our neighbors. Therefore, let us cultivate the spirit of togetherness, respect and support for one another, putting peace and kindness first," says Mickoski.
Our society, he adds, must be based on mutual respect and the pursuit of coexistence.
"May this holiday celebration remind us of our obligation to preserve and promote living together, accepting diversity as a value that enriches us all. At the same time, we should be aware that the changes we work towards and want to see happen depend on all of us. The future must be shared and every day we must show an indomitable will in the reforms and steps that will ensure security, stability and prosperity. I wish you a heartfelt celebration, family warmth and joy on this beautiful holiday, and may the grace of today's blessing be our guide through life," PM Mickoski said in the greeting.
